The Course: Men’s 8000-meters and Women’s 5000-meters: The course, which follows the main Lake Padden trail, (both races go flat side first) is primarily hard-packed gravel and dirt with some grass and very little cement. Runners may wear spikes or flats. Lake Padden is a beautiful cross country setting and a spectator friendly venue.

This is the same park used for the WWU Cross Country Invite and will be the host park of the 2010 NCAA West Regional Cross Country Championships. (Hosted by WWU) The park also hosts high school meets, league and district championships and previously the GNAC Championships & Orca XC Classic.

Both courses are the same as the 2010 North Region Cross Country Championships for community colleges!

Youth 3k Course: TBD
